You can delete your Zgraya account directly in the app: open Settings, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps.
If you cannot access the app or your account, you may request deletion by email. Please send the request from the email address associated with your Zgraya account, or include that address so we can verify the request.
Deletion removes your account identity, profile, photos, device tokens, and memberships. Shared player information may remain for other linked guardians or be anonymised when needed to preserve team history. Necessary records created by a former coach or assistant may remain with non-identifying “former staff” attribution. More detail is available in the Privacy Policy.
If you are the sole Owner of a club, first transfer ownership in the app to an existing Coach or Assistant. This keeps the club available to its members after your account is deleted.
