These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zgraya mobile application ("Zgraya", "the app", "we", "us"), a coordination tool for children's sports teams operated and published under the names Zgraya and Poklyk Apps. By creating an account or using Zgraya, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. Zgraya is for adults — coaches and parents/guardians who coordinate children's sports teams. Children do not use the app directly.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may sign up with an email and password, or with Apple or Google sign-in.
Zgraya lets coaches create clubs and teams, manage rosters, schedule events, collect RSVPs, and track fees, and lets parents/guardians see their children's commitments, respond to invitations, and view payment status. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the service evolves.
You are responsible for the information you enter, including team, player, event, and payment information. In particular:
Zgraya does not process payments and does not handle transactions. The payment features are a manual record only — a way to mark fees as "paid" or "unpaid" and to display a coach's own payment reference. Any actual money transfer happens outside the app, directly between the parties. We are not responsible for payments, refunds, or disputes between coaches, clubs, and parents.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorised to see, disrupting or overloading the service, reverse-engineering it except where permitted by law, or using it to harass others or for any unlawful purpose. Access to team, player, and guardian data is limited to the appropriate roles; do not attempt to circumvent these controls.
Zgraya is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will always be delivered on time (mobile push delivery depends on your device and network, and some devices aggressively restrict background delivery). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zgraya and Poklyk Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed events, missed payments, or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using Zgraya and delete your account at any time from the app's settings or through our account-deletion page; the effect of deletion on shared child profiles is described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where mandatory consumer or data protection laws of your country of residence apply, those protections remain available to you.
